Wow, thank you Wyrdbyrd!
Just yesterday I was talking with a good friend out in Oregon about how blessed I’ve been: my birth family, my friend-family, and now, my blog friends. You know, it just dawned on me that part of the fun of memes isn’t the talking about yourself — it’s the reading along on someone else’s blog and suddenly seeing your own name. It’s the knowing you’re being thought of by a person you’ve never met face-to-face. Pretty darn cool, really.
The bloggin’ blessing was started by Ukok, who describes it thusly:
The idea… it’s a game of tag with a difference, rather than looking inwardly, we look outside ourselves and bless, praise and pray for one blog friend. By participating in this endeavour we not only make the recipient of the blessing feel valued and appreciated, but we are having some fun too. We’re going to see how far the bloggin’ blessings can travel around the world and how many people can be blessed! Recipients of a bloggin’ blessing may upload the above image to their sidebar if they choose to. If you receive a bloggin’ blessin’ please leave a comment on this thread here so that we can rejoice in just how many blessings have been sent around the world!
(note: it was originally tag-one but has been changed to tag-three in case someone doesn’t want to participate)
So, I bless: ER, Yogamum, and moonmaid. All three of you have big things happening in your lives at the moment, and my hope for each of you is that you are able to handle life’s changes with grace, energy, and aplomb.

Yes! I agree—one of the funnest things about memes is finding your name on someone’s blog and knowing they’re thinking of you. I love that, and it always surprises me.
Exactly — how nice to see my name here and know you’re thinking of me! Thank you!
Very nice, and thoughtful. I’m touched.
Sniff-sniff. The full fledging of my Bird is a mix of joy and sadness like I’ve never known. Same with Colorado. Thanks for thinking of me.
Merry, merry Christmas!

Oh, Kirsten, I only saw this post a minute ago. A feel a bit ashamed that I haven’t manage to keep up with you girls in the last couple of weeks and also that maybe you felt a bit neglected by my lack of reaction.
Thank you so much for thinking of me. I am humbled.
HUGS.
